Even as a child, I dreamed big, and at the same time, my body taught me early on how important inner balance is.

Today, I live a life with more energy, clarity, and flexibility—a life that gives me space for family, health, and my own projects.

Over ten years ago, I began consciously supporting my body from the inside through small, practical changes in my diet, micronutrients, and lifestyle. These steps have had a lasting impact on my well-being.

Mental fitness has always been a quiet companion on this journey and is now an integral part of my daily life.

I’ve learned:
With the right balance of health, exercise, mindset, and structure , freedom emerges —physically, mentally, and personally.

About Me

I’m Renate Troxler—a mom, family manager, and a firm believer in holistic health.

Today, I combine my professional experience as a business administrator and esthetician with a health approach that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

I don’t see myself as a coach.
I share my experiences and show people different possibilities.
An honest and respectful exchange is important to me. Not every path is right for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine.

I’m fascinated by how people can grow when health, clarity, and personal responsibility come together. Thisoften leads not only to new habits but also to new self-confidence, new perspectives, and opportunities that weren’t visible before.

For me, knowledge becomes especially valuable when it is shared. When people discover something that benefits them and can inspire others with it, it creates added value that extends far beyond themselves.
